M: Hello,  my name is Martin and I am calling regarding the cleaning job advertised on the gumtree. Is it still available?

P: Hi, it is Paul. Yes, it is.

M: Oh great. What type of cleaning do you mean?

P: It is mainly industrial cleaning.

M: What exactly?

P: Sweeping floors, colecting rubbish, emptying bins.

M: Hm...

P: Do you have any previous experience with cleaning.

M: Yes, I have been doing it for some time, about two years. 

P: I am sorry but that is not enough. We need someone with at least 4 years cleaning experience. 

M: You sure? 4 years of sweeping floors experience???? Do you need references?

P: Chrrr
