 Pokud vlastnite nejakou karu v UK a behem tydne (Po-Pa) jste projeli centrem Londyna, tak jiste vite ze v centru plati takzvana Congestion charge! Tento poplatek (momentalne Ł5) se bude zdrazovat od 4.July tohoto roku na Ł8. Vice se doctete dale v tomto clanku (Anglicky). Forty free days for annual congestion charge payers From 4 July, the charge for driving in the congestion charge zone will rise from Ł5 to Ł8 a day, but motorists who pay the charge monthly or annually will get a 15 per cent discount - meaning three charge-free days for a monthly payment or 40 charge-free days for an annual payment. People will also be able to pay the charge at more petrol stations across the capital. The congestion charge, introduced in February 2003, has cut traffic congestion in the zone by 30 per cent. The increase is expected to cut it by a further four to eight per cent. The higher charge will raise an extra Ł35 million to Ł40 million a year to improve London's transport system.
