Wags N Tales Coffee Bar
We are looking for an experienced and creative Sous Chef for our friendly kitchen team at Wags N Tales in Surbiton. We pride ourselves on offering our customers simple but delicious, freshly made food from scratch. We have recently been awarded the Best Brunch Spot for Time Out 2018 Love London, for Kingston area.
This hands on role will see you working 5 days a week, including our busy and popular weekend brunch and evening service. Working to company's brand guidelines, you will undertake all duties to include food preparation, cooking, ordering and assist in kitchen management.
Minimum 2 year's experience in a busy kitchen
The ability to manage the day to day running of the kitchen and help train, develop and manage kitchen team.
Manage opening and closing of kitchen
Help run busy brunch service
Able to work under pressure during peak times
Previous experience of stock ordering, rotation and management, including rota
.Interested in vegetarian and vegan menu developement and driving business forward
The ability to implement and monitor health & safety and food safety procedures
Fun, creative and flexible person. Level 2 Hygiene certification desirable
ALSO, looking for a 1 Chef De Partie with at least 1 year's experience in a busy Kitchen.
