We are four friends from Slovakia, Poland and Italy,  and we've been living at the property for years. Hubert, Lucia, Andrea and Danny.
We are looking for a professional, easy going flatmate. We have no preference in country, language nor gender. Our new flatmate needs to be respectful towards everyone's busy schedule. We don't mind visits from friends as long as this does not disturb us or our neighbours.

Our house has 5 bedrooms, yours will be small double. Bed, wardrobe and shelves on the wall come with the room.

Open plant kitchen/living room is equipped with two fridges, kettle, toaster, washing machine, oven and grill.

Two bathrooms (one with shower, 1 with bath and toilet).

Our beautiful garden is our sanctuary and we do a lot of BBQs. We also have a small shed at the back of the garden, so if you find your room too small to fit suitcases for instance, you can store it there.

Area is safe and there are lots of shops on main broadway. Cricklewood stations is 1 minute walking distance, buses are going to Kilburn, West Hampstead, Golders Green, Willesden Green and more.
Hampstead Heath is 15 minutes away by walk.

Bills are approximately £50 a month.
