Ahoj! Chtela jsem se zeptat kdybych chtela vzit na hypoteku dum,pronajimat ho a tim ji splacet,kde se mam zaregistrovat jako landlord? A budu muset platit dane, ikdyz prvnich 8 let nebudu mit zadny profit,pac vsechny vydelane penize budu vracet zpet bance? dik za radu. Gaby
