Ahoj, mam uzavrenou smlouvu se zamestnavatelem na dobu urcitou. Ve smlouve je to konkretne stanoveno takto:
\"After the probationary period the contract will continue until the 10th January 2011. Save not either party may terminate the contract by giving the two months written notice prior to 10th January 2010.\"
Znamena tato formulace ve smlouve, ze po uplynuti zkusebni doby, musim pracovat ve firme do 10.1.2010, aniz bych mohl dat behem teto doby vypoved ? Pokud ano, je to legalni podle britskeho pracovniho zakona?
