:( My name is Alena Kovacova, I am 24 years old, I am from Slovakia.

Having studied Hotel Academy for 5 years. I can assure you that I am hardworking, reliable, friendly
and enjoy communicating with all members of the staff. I am enthusiastic with a positive and can-do
attitude which is essential for the job, fast, talking really good english.
Customers are priority for me...
I have plenty of experience with customer service, as receptionist or as waiter. I been working in
sandwich shop, coffee shop and hotel as a waiter.
I wish to expand my career further, into the consultancy role.
