PohybyCall Classic

All prices are per minute & include VAT. Calls billed per minute. Minimum call charge 9.9p by BT. Cost of calls from non BT operators & mobiles may vary. Check with your operator. Charges apply from the moment of connection to the service.

PohybyCall T-Talk

All prices are per minute & include VAT. Calls to the 01 or 02 number cost mobile standard rate to a landline or may be used as part of inclusive minutes. Please check with your network operator. Connection fee varies between 1.5p and 20p, depending on the destination. To avoid auto top-up, hang up within 30 seconds of the warning. To stop auto top-up in future, text AUTOOFF to 81616 (standard SMS rate). Credit expires 3 months from your last top-up. Charges apply from the moment of connection to the service. Calls charged per minute.

PohybyCall T-Text

Cost per SMS as stated on our website plus standard SMS rate or may be used as part of your bundled SMSs, except T-Mobile which may cost more. Enter the international mobile number correctly at the start of your message, which should be no more than 160 characters (including the destination number and spaces). We will charge you the advertised SMS cost only, but your network operator may charge you at your standard UK SMS rate and they may also charge you again for excess characters. Disclaimer: If you receive SMS confirmation it means we have received it – we cannot confirm or guarantee delivery to the destination.

Ask bill payer`s permission. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Information may be used for future marketing and updating purposes by Auracall and other selected companies and affiliates. You can opt out at anytime by texting STOP to 81616. This service is provided by Auracall Ltd, Britannia House, 960 High Road, London, N12 9RY.

Our Customer Service Team will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding any aspect of our services or to offer technical support. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, between 9.30am to 5.30pm.

To help improve our service to you, please always quote your Name, Address, Telephone Number and Subject of your enquiry.

If you would like a refund, please make sure you make your claim within 72 hours from when you experience any issues with our services. Unfortunately, we will be unable to assist with any technical issues which occur more than 72 hours, unless it is an ongoing issue.

We aim to reply to all enquiries and complaints within 24 hours during working days.
