Liquid pharmaceuticals are pharmaceuticals in liquid form made by dispersing the drug in a suitable dispersion medium. It can be used for internal or external application. The drug in a liquid medicament can be dispersed in the medium in a molecular or particulate state, resulting in a homogeneous liquid medicament or a non-homogeneous liquid medicament. The degree of dispersion of the drug particles in liquid pharmaceuticals is closely related to the efficacy, stability and toxic effects of the pharmaceuticals. Different preparation methods are used for liquid pharmaceuticals with different dispersion states.
